Cleanliness and punctuality
It’s not the ferry, but the infrastructure - as a tourist, it was mildly stressful when I couldn’t find my pier. There is no clear signage on where to board and I ran around trying to find the information counter. Proper wayfinders would be much better. You should separate the point for ‘staff and signage’ because they are different things.

The trip was comfortable and the route and the views were very beautifull. Heavy luggage was stowed in the front of the cabin by personnel without costs.

Clean and comfortable
We sent an email asking if we could take the later ferry and we were told no. When we got to the boat (after dropping off our rental car), we were told we could have taken the later ferry. “No problem” Our entire visit to Hvar was rushed as a result of this poor communication! I would check before booking what the policy is about changing return times!! Did not get to do everything we wanted
