      How do we collect reviews?

      Every review is left by users who bought a ticket at GetByFerry and have first-hand experience travelling with a specific ferry company. Reviews on GetByFerry are verified in two ways: customers either receive a “Leave a Review” email after using our service, or they manually submit a review. In the case of the latter, the ticket code is mandatory, and our team checks the authenticity of the code to verify the review.

      They should announce what port they are approaching…. We got off in Kolocep by mistake. A nice tour boat crew allowed us to grab a ride to Lopud

      Boat overcrowded because groups of 2 occupy 4 seats inside and the rest don't have a place to sit.

      This travel was awfull because it was very hot and no shadow or sit, as i said. But all the other travels we made with your company were pretty fine.
      You need to have people controlling how many seats passangers are occupying. This was definitely needed in this trip to Kolocep.
