Every review is left by users who bought a ticket at GetByFerry and have first-hand experience travelling with a specific ferry company. Reviews on GetByFerry are verified in two ways: customers either receive a “Leave a Review” email after using our service, or they manually submit a review. Nulla,agenzia poco affidabile in quanto non avvisa dei viaggi annullati per mare mosso e non rimborsa nemmeno nel caso il problema non sia stato causato da te ma dalle condizioni meteorologiche. I porti sono stati chiusi per 3 giorni a causa di brutto tempo e io ho perso sia i soldi della barca di andata e ritorno,sia i soldi della prenotazione dell'hotel a gili trawangan. Pessimo.

Nothing! It was really dangerous being on that ship.
It was petrol in the AC and many people needed to vomit and got headache - also us!! This was really dangerous and I am happy that I noticed the smell to get out there but many people suffered. Worst ferry experience ever. Please take that ferry out of the daily traffic

Don't take a speed/fast boat...

I thought I didn't book a speedboat, because I knew those could be dangerous at sea. Nevertheless we were placed on a speedboat. Our bags were placed on top of the boat, in the rain, and were tied together with a big sheet and rope... The ride was very bumpy because of the high speed and therefore very uncomfortable en for some even scary. Also it smelled terribly like gasoline inside and the air conditionering blasted at 16 degrees most of the time. Would not recommend...

Location was close to the harbor/boat.
There were only 2 seats and the rest of the people needed to stand the entire time we had to wait. Our departure was delayed by 30 minutes. Unclear why.
