      How do we collect reviews?

      Every review is left by users who bought a ticket at GetByFerry and have first-hand experience travelling with a specific ferry company. Reviews on GetByFerry are verified in two ways: customers either receive a “Leave a Review” email after using our service, or they manually submit a review. In the case of the latter, the ticket code is mandatory, and our team checks the authenticity of the code to verify the review.

      Short ride, otherwise I would pass out
      No air flow inside the cabin, nearly passed out during the ride, never sweat so much in my life, very uncomfortable ride, not recommended to anyone

      The staff were funny and providing laughs and a good time
      The boat did break down when the engine cut out in the middle of big waves in the ocean but they managed to get it back up and running lol

      On our tickets arrivel time it was 4 PM, in fact we arrived in Sanur at 5:15 PM.

      The boat stayed in Nusa Penida 1 hour and nobody told us about this. The boat stops for many time and on our tickets it was nothing about this. So in state of 3:30 hours we make 4:15 hours.

      Service was friendly
      Listing on the website said direct but there were 3 stops. Even though it left on time it took 5 hours, not 4. I believe this is standard but the website listing still said 4.

      No information was provided whatsoever, we have travelled 1 hour and 30 minutes instead of the 30 mins stated on the webpage. It is unacceptable even so as it was not clearly communicated. Also the boat was dirty and crowded. Would not travel with idola ever again.
