Excellent experience

Punctual to the minute, spotlessly clean, helpful staff and unusually a lift. A flawless journey....Nothing!

More organization needed

The ferry was spacious and was right on schedule. Lots of places to sit by the window for the 2hr sail....Since my group was traveling without an auto, we were on foot. There was no clearly marked entrance for pedestrians with baggage to haul, and the one tiny elevator was packed and had people waiting in line forever. The same situation was encountered at disembarking, but made worse by the fact that everyone was leaving at the same time and there was no signage as to where we should go. We wound up weaving our way through cars that were so tight it was nearly impossible to get self and bags around them. There should be a system and gathering place for pedestrians to disembark before the cars begin to roll off the boat.
