Great fast service but time of arrival was far from accurate
Got us to our destination as per itinerary ... There was a refulling stop in between islands that was not accounted for which then caused a delay into our final port Sanur over an hour late. If I’d have known previously it would take this long then I would have chosen another fast boat Also we were not allowed to sit upstairs unless we bought a drink. And given how much we paid for our ticket, this should it be a “hidden” restriction And also paid an extra fee for “Premium Ser” (priority boarding). This did not happen and nobody even knew about it. So I paid for something additionally that I dis T receive I will have to advise other fellow travelers about my experience and forward them
