      How do we collect reviews?

      Every review is left by users who purchased a ticket at GetByFerry and have first-hand experience travelling with a specific ferry company. Reviews on GetByFerry are verified in two ways: customers either receive a “Leave a Review” email after using our service, or they manually submit a review. In the case of the latter, the ticket code is mandatory, and our team checks the authenticity of the code to verify the review.

      We waited, the ferry never came. We called your custamer support but you didnt know anything about cancelation, the people in port told me it was canceled. Terrible organization! When I asked to get my money back it was not your fault, I must solve it with the transporter. I payed you and please returne my money.

      you can't see where the katamaran is supposed to go, no sigh of the ferry company, no persons. the ticket purchase online was very confusing because the tickets didn't show in the account. so we bought and cancelled multiple times and still aren't sure how many we actually bought. There is no shadow in the waiting area.

      Mirno i brzo do cilja. Ugodnije nego sa avijomom. Katamaran sječe more tako da se ni valovi ne osjete. Putuje se udobno u ugodnim sjedalima. Sloboda kretanja neograničena i mali bar sa svime opskrbljen što čovjeku na putovanju treba. Svaka pohvala za ovo prevozno sredstvo.
